Lake House Day Use

If rain is forecasted, we recommend renting a tent through one of our third-party rental partners (Bright or Platinum) to put over the ceremony lawn and/or reception patio. This must be contracted and arranged a minimum of 14 days in advance. If your guest count is smaller than 50, you can host dinner and ceremony in either of our indoor buildings - Cave & Crush House.

After an in person tour or call, we can place a complementary 1-week hold on a date. Verbal commitment does not lock in your date. A payment of 35% down must be made to do so.

Milagro does not provide couples with any coordination or planning services. This is the one vendor you are required to have. Day of coordination only is okay as long as they agree to be present for an in-person walk through prior to the event. Milagro provides you with a Venue Manager to serve as a liaison and representative to the venue. As well as an Asst. Venue Manager and set up crew for the day of responsibility.

Our weddings are an open bar with beer and wine only; no exceptions and no hard alcohol. You are required to purchase a minimum amount of wine from Milagro. After meeting the minimum you are welcome to provide outside wine. We do not have restrictions on beer, seltzers, or wine based products, so you may provide any type of beer or similar alcoholic beverage in the form of can or bottle.

Yes! They must be approved by our management team 60 days prior to working your wedding. We do have recommendations for all vendors for your convenience.

Yes, but have to be off property by 11pm, all guests need to be off by 10:30pm

One of our staff members will be driving a 5 seater golf cart in case of elderly or ADA needs. All other guests are expected to walk to and from the Ceremony Lawn and Reception Patio. Milagro does not provide shuttle services.

No, aside from our set up crew staffing, bussing, and clean up is provided by either your coordinator or caterer.

Ramona and Julian have a great list of overnight options, as well as Air Bnb’s. A list of Accommodations and Transportation will be provided for reference.

No, vendors only have access at noon, no matter what. Only exceptions are hair and make-up professionals.

Yes, we love dogs. Be aware of the wildlife and wide open spaces. Keep them leashed and with a designated handler at all times. They are not to be left unattended in any of the houses/indoor spaces.

No, there is a strict no open flame policy. No live flame candles, sparklers or fire pits. Cold Sparks are approved if provided by a qualified, trained vendor.
