5 Tips for Creating The Perfect Outdoor Ramona Wedding

An outdoor wedding is a great way to make your special day truly memorable. But planning an outdoor wedding comes with its own set of challenges, from finding the perfect venue to ensuring that you and your guests are comfortable. Here are five tips for how to create the perfect outdoor wedding.

1. Choose Your Venue Carefully – The right venue can make all the difference when it comes to planning an outdoor wedding. When selecting a location, consider factors such as size, accessibility, and proximity to other amenities. Also consider whether or not there is enough space for activities like dancing or throwing petals on the aisle if you are having a traditional ceremony. Bonus points if your venue has a plan for things like cold or rainy weather.

2. Plan For Inclement Weather – Although we’d all love it if mother nature cooperated on our special day, it's important to have a plan in place in case of inclement weather. If you are getting married during rainy season or the colder months, make sure you have a plan to bring in things such as umbrellas (clear umbrellas look great in photos!) and outdoor heaters.

3. Make Sure You Have Enough Lighting – Nothing sets the mood quite like ambient lighting on an outdoor evening wedding. String lights are often used for this purpose but there are also other creative ways to bring light into your event such as LED candles, lanterns, and paper globe lamps! Make sure you have enough light so that there is no chance of anyone tripping over something in the dark!

4. Protect Yourself From Bugs – Nothing ruins a romantic moment quite like a swarm of bugs buzzing around you! Be sure to have plenty of bug repellent for you and your guests on hand to help keep mosquitoes away from both yourself and your guests during your outdoor ceremony or reception.

5. Provide Shade – Sunburns can put a damper on any celebration so it's important that you provide shade for you and your guests during the ceremony and reception alike! If possible, rent several umbrellas or tents large enough for everyone attending so that everyone can stay cool throughout the day without worrying about sunburns or heatstroke!

Planning an outdoor wedding can be challenging but with these five tips, you can be sure that yours will be one that both you and your guests are sure to remember fondly! From choosing the right venue to providing shade against harsh sunlight—and everything in between—these tips will help ensure that your outdoor wedding is one for the books! Good luck!
